Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes (GST). Payments are processed securely through
encrypted, certified payment gateways.

COD Policy
To ensure authentic orders and minimize Return-to-Origin (RTO) risks, all COD orders are subject to a fixed
verification process. KADILLAQ may verify COD orders via automated WhatsApp or phone call before dispatch.
Unverified or unresponsive orders may be cancelled. An additional COD handling fee may apply at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped using trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines may vary based on geographic location,
transit conditions, and external factors.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
KADILLAQ provides a strict 2-day return and exchange window. Returned products must be unused, unwashed,
and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days
after the returned product reaches the fulfillment center and passes quality inspection.

Intellectual Property
All content, designs, custom silhouettes, texts, graphics, and images on the KADILLAQ website are proprietary
to KADILLAQ. Unauthorized use, replication, or reproduction is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability
KADILLAQ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the
website, services, or products.

Digital Product Representation
Website images, videos, lookbooks, and descriptions are for representation purposes. Actual product colours,
textures, and fits may vary slightly due to professional studio lighting, digital device screen profiles, or minor
fabric batch dyeing variations.
